Description of the key functions
SHIFT + MIN/MAX = REC (only Therm 300)
Data logger: to activate the automatic data recording. The
"REC" symbol is blinking during active data recording and
the memory address number of the measurement data is
displayed in the upper left part of the screen. Furthermore,
the elapsed time since activation is indicated in the top right
corner of the screen.
It is possible to memorize up to maximum 1000 values.
If data is already available within the memory a short
double beep is audible, i.e. no further recording may be
started.
The setting mode for the sampling rate is displayed
after activation of the recording. The desired value is
set by means of the LIMIT key "arrow up" or the LIMIT
key "arrow down". Available sampling rates are: 1s, 2s,
5s, 10s, 20s, 30s, 1min, 2min, 5min, 10min, 15min,
20min, 30min, 1h.
Start the data recording by pressing the HOLD key.
Press SHIFT + MIN/MAX again to stop the recording.
The data recording is disabled if the Hold function is
activated.
°C/°F (only Therm 200)
To select between the unit display in "°C" or "°F". The unit
pre-setting is still memorized even after having switched off
the instrument.
The unit selection between the values is disabled for
the following functions or keys: HOLD
The unit selection deactivates the following functions:
MIN/MAX display, alarm function, relative value di-
splay.
