Safety System
Thermostat
Independent electronic circuit; thermal cutoff shuts the heater
OFF to ensure hose end air remains below 56°C (53°C ±
3°C typical).
Alarm system
Over-temperature (≤56°C, 53°C ± 3°C typical): red Over-Temp
indicator symbol will flash alternately with the "Wrench"
symbol, alarm sounds, heater and blower shut down, operating
indicator lights turn OFF, and control panel becomes
unresponsive. Remove from service.
Under-temperature (<3°C of selected temperature/setting
for 3 minutes): blue Under-Temp indicator symbol will flash
alternately with the "Wrench" symbol, alarm sounds, heater
and blower shut down, operating indicator lights turn OFF, and
control panel becomes unresponsive. Remove from service.
Fault
"Wrench" symbol displays and alarm sounds. Heater and blower
