Introduction

This section introduces the Model C200 to a Model C240 upgrade.

Upgrading your Model C200 to a Model C240

Your upgrade kit contains a C240 CPU Board, which, when installed,

upgrades your Model C200 to a Model C240.

NOTE:

Installing this upgrade in your Model C200 does not affect the regulatory and safety

classifications or approvals. The upgraded system meets all of the regulatory and

safety standards listed in Appendix A of your original owner's guide.

Installation Prerequisites

Before upgrading your Model C200 to a Model C240, your current system

must be running HP-UX 10.20 or greater with Additional Core Enhance-

ments (ACE) for Workstations.
