INTRODUCTION

Thank you for choosing a PROEL product. Please take the time to read this manual to understand all the
features of your system and make the most of its operational possibilities. All our products comply with CE
regulations for continuous use in sound diffusion systems.

DESCRIPTION

The DBE108E is an ETHERNET digital microphone station for use in Proel VAE voice alarm systems. This
completely digital device allows you to make emergency calls, paging calls, play alarm messages and view the
status of the control panels.
The connection is made via a UTP Cat. 5 cable in a computer network together with other DBE108E bases, in
addition to voice alarm systems.

MAIN CONTROL PANEL

To make the microphone station operational, the microphone must first be plugged into the socket on the
top panel (reference 1).
IMPORTANT
For connection and operation purposes, the DBE108E is a full-fledged ethernet network device and not an
audio equipment.
