3. Transport, packaging and storage 3.1 Delivery check Please check the delivery upon completeness and transport damage immediately after receipt. 5. Installation and operation 5.1 Safety instructions WARNING! Risk of electric shock! The device must only be connected to a properly installed single socket with protective contact. Never remove the power cable by pulling the cable itself; always grab the plug housing. -

5.3 Operation • After unpacking the device but before connecting it to the power source, wash it. GN containers should be washed prior to use. (see 6.2 "Cleaning”). • Open the sliding door and place the appropriate 1/2 GN containers in the cooling cabinet. - Page 13 LED indicators LED cooling indicator This indicator comes on when the compressor is activated, goes off when the desired internal temperature is reached and flashes during delays. LED defrost indicator This indicator comes on during the defrost process, goes off when the defrost process is finished and flashes during extended defrost.
