    3. Transport, packaging and storage 3.1 Delivery check Please check the delivery upon completeness and transport damage immediately after receipt. In case of visible damage do not accept or accept the delivery with reservation only. Note the extent of damage on the carrier’s bill of delivery. Trigger off the complaint.     5. Installation and operation 5.1 Safety instructions WARNING! Risk of electric shock! The device must only be connected to a properly installed single socket with protective contact. Never remove the power cable by pulling the cable itself; always grab the plug housing.

    5.3 Operation • After unpacking the device but before connecting it to the power source, wash it. GN containers should be washed prior to use. (see 6.2 "Cleaning”). • Open the sliding door and place the appropriate 1/2 GN containers in the cooling cabinet.

    NOTE! Do not place hod food inside the cooling cabinet, but let it cool first. • Do not overfill the cooling cabinet, so as to avoid disrupting air circulation inside the device. • To avoid losses during the cooling process, do not keep the glass door open longer than is necessary.
