  • Page 15 Installation and operation NOTE! Insert the enclosed 4 spacer sleeves onto spacers inside the appliance only when any other GN container is to be used, which is deeper than the enclosed GN container (depth of 2 cm). Owing to this distance extension, you may use 4 cm deep GN containers.
  • Page 16 Installation and operation Keeping Food Warm WARNING! During operation, the housing and baseplate surface become very hot and remain hot for a while after switching the appliance off. Do not touch the appliance during operation nor immediately after switching it off. Cookware and containers heat up considerably during operation.
