I Adjusting Brightness (gamma curve coefficient)
In the printer driver, you can specify the contrast among intermediate tones between black
and white. For example, adjusting the brightness towards Light makes the overall image
brighter, with stronger contrast in the light areas and lower contrast in the dark areas.
To adjust the brightness, follow these steps.
Windows

Open the Printer Properties dialog box, and click the Advanced button in
the Main tab.

Click the Color tab.

Specify the desired brightness setting in the Brightness box.
Note
If Brightness is grayed out, check the Color Adjustment box (make sure
there is a check mark).
Macintosh

When using Manual for printing, click the Details button.
