• When you wish to open the BJ Status Monitor while the printer is not
printing, follow these steps:
(1) Open the Printer Properties dialog box.
(2) Click the Maintenance tab.
(3) Click the Start Status Monitor button.
• You can select the way of launching the BJ Status Monitor. For more
details, refer to the online Help for the BJ Status Monitor.
• When nothing is displayed in Progress, follow these steps:
(1) Open the Printer Properties dialog box from the Start menu.
(2) Click the Details tab.
(3) Click the Spool Settings button.
(4) Check that "Spool print jobs so program finishes printing faster" is

• To close the BJ Status Monitor, click the "X" button on the upper right
corner of the BJ Status Monitor window. When the BJ Status Monitor is
