Using Maintenance Functions

If the print job cannot be executed properly after changing the data transfer

method to ECP mode, follow these steps:

(1) Click the Custom Setting button in the Maintenance tab.

(2) Uncheck the Set printer to ECP mode checkbox in the Custom Setting

(3) Click the Send button.

(4) Shut down Windows, then turn the printer off.

(5) Turn the printer back on again. The ECP mode setting is released.
