Click the OK button to close the Printer Properties dialog box and start the
print job.
Note • The Monochrome Effects setting can be used with the Simulate
Illustration setting.
• When Background Printing is disabled in the Page Layout tab, the
Monochrome Effects setting is grayed out and cannot be used.
• When Grayscale Print is enabled in the Main tab, the Monochrome
Effects setting is grayed out and cannot be used.
I Changing the Print Quality (Halftoning)
When your printouts are not satisfactory, the printer driver allows you to make fine
adjustments to the print quality and halftoning settings.

Note
If there is a problem in the image data you wish to print, the print quality
and halftoning settings may not be visible or effective.
