I Color document printed in monochrome
A document created in color is printed in monochrome.

Open the Printer Properties dialog box and disable Grayscale Print in the
Windows
Main tab.
Disable Print Grayscale on the left bottom corner of the Print dialog box.

HECK ONOCHROME PRINTING SELECTED IN APPLICATION PROGRAM
Some application programs have a setting in the Print dialog box that
allows you to enable or disable color printing.
Check that the setting is enabled in the application program.
For details, refer to the documentation of the application program.

HECK ORRECT PRINTER DRIVER SELECTED
If the wrong printer driver that only supports monochrome printing is
selected, all the documents are printed in monochrome.
Start the print job again and check that "Canon BJC-3000" is displayed in
the Name entry box of the Print dialog box.
If the name of another printer is displayed, click the down-arrow and select
"Canon BJC-3000" from the pull-down list.
