I Cleaning the Paper Feed Rollers
With frequent use of High Resolution Paper and other coated paper, paper dust from the
coated surfaces of such media accumulates around the paper feed rollers and may cause
misfeeds and paper jams. If this occurs, use the special cleaning sheet (that comes with a
package of High Resolution Paper) to clean the paper feed rollers inside the printer.

Open the Printer Properties dialog box, then click the Maintenance tab.

Click the paper feed roller cleaning icon in the Print Head Cleaning box.

When a confirmation message appears, make sure that the special
cleaning sheet is set in the printer and the printer is turned on.

Click the OK button. Cleaning begins.
