CONNECTING THE EQUIPMENT

Connect the unit to the tractor's frontloader.
NOTE Remove the transport safety device before starting work.
The figure shows Trima bracket fitted.
Connect the hydraulic hoses to the tractor's hydraulic outlet. Note: Connect the hoses
to the correct PRESSURE/RETURN. Raise the equipment and check its functioning.
Ready for use.
DRIVING AND SPEED
The amount of grass to be cut determines the forward speed; low speed usually produces the
best results. Start at the lowest possible speed; ensure that the mower is working efficiently
with the engine at maximum RPM without straining.
Recommended flow rate 30 litres/min. - max 60 litres/min. Max pressure: 190 bar
It is important to always listen to the engine to ensure that the engine and mower are working
efficiently. Slow down or stop the engine if it starts to labour. Expected speed is much lower
when the machine is working hard.
Adjusting the cutting head's distance from the tractor
Always switch off the tractor's engine before making any adjustments to the machine.
Place the machine on the ground, fit the stabilisers.
Remove the pin from the beam and pull out or push in the cutting head to adjust the
distance. Refit the pin.
The figure shows Trima bracket fitted.

UNLOADING SPRING (ANTI-BARRIER SYSTEM)
Anti-obstacle system causes the unit to spring away
when it hits an obstacle.
The tension of the spring should be adjusted
before using it to cut thick grass.
When cutting in an area of dense growth, the
spring must be tensioned.
