Assembly Drawing

These figures demonstrate the assembly order for the thermal module — it covers
attaching the COM module to the carrier board.

There are 3 x reserved screw holes for SOM-6872 that are used in pre-assembling it
with the heat spreader.
Please consider the CPU and chip height tolerance when designing your thermal
solution.
