Mailbox

Depending on your communications platform and its configuration, the mailbox key gives
you access to messages from services such as Unified Messaging System (UMS). The mail-
box also keeps track of callbacks.

Messages and Voicemails

New messages or voicemails are indicated on the display in idle mode

If your system is appropriately configured, you can call the voice mailbox directly and imme-
diately play back the stored messages.

Callbacks

In idle mode, the display shows the symbol and the number of new callback requests, and
the mailbox key LED lights up.
