    OPERATING THE COMPUTER PART I: WINDOW DISPLAY 1. SPEED: Displays the speed. The speed range is 0.5—11 mph. 2. INCLINE: Displays the incline. The incline range is 0-15. 3.     MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS: General cleaning will help to prolong the life of the treadmill and improve performance. Keep the unit clean and maintained by dusting the components on a regular basis, cleaning the two exposed sides of the running belt to prevent dust from accumulating underneath the belt.
