the dispensers.
Unable to open door.
The programme will not
start.
The water is not

Water is not visible in

Cause/Remedy
Attach the drain hose correctly or replace it.
■
Tighten the screw fitting on the supply hose.
■
Programme does not start?
■
Is the tap turned on?
■
Could the filter in the water supply be blocked?
■

Is the supply hose kinked or trapped?
■
Dispenser(s):
1. Empty and clean.
2. Refill.
Clean and refill the dispensers.
The safety function is activated. Stop the programme?

Can the door only be opened by the emergency release?

Childproof lock is activated? For continuing please hold "Deactivate child
■
lock" for 3 seconds.
Water temperature too high. Please wait until the door buttonlights up and

then try again.
Water level too high. Please start "Drain" programme first.

again.
Door opener has overheated. Please wait until the door buttonlights up and

then try again.
Door blocked. Remove any objects near the door and try again.
