Do not use products containing

solvents, caustic agents or volatile
substances (e.g. bleach).
Do not mix detergent and fabric

softener.
Do not use products that have

expired or are highly congealed.
To prevent drying out, do not leave

the dispenser lids open for a long
period of time.
Filling the dispensers:
The lids of the dispensers in the
detergent drawer are marked with the
following symbols:
ß Standard/universal liquid
■
detergent
M/ß Fabric softener or liquid
■
detergent
Open the detergent drawer.

Open the dispenser lid(s).
2.
Add liquid detergent and/or fabric

softener. Do not fill above the max
marking.
Close the dispenser lid(s).

Slowly push the detergent drawer in

completely.

Everyday use
The intelligent dosages for detergent
and fabric softener are set at the factory
for all programmes in which intelligent
dosing can be used.
The dosage strength has been preset to
Low for liquid detergent ¨ and to
Medium for fabric softener M. It can be
changed individually for each
programme. ~ Page 30
In addition to intelligent dosing, washing
additives (e.g. stain remover) can be
added manually via the dispenser for
manual dosing.
You can do the following settings:
Activate/deactivate automatic dosing

for ¨/M and adjust dosage
strength. ~ Page 30
Adjust the basic dosages of i-Dos
■
dispenser.~ Page 35
Notes
Reduce the basic dosage if using a
■
very concentrated detergent.
If large amounts of foam are
■
repeatedly created during washing,
please check your basic dosage and
dosage strength settings.
Certain types of liquid detergent can
also create excessive amounts of
foam. If your basic dosage and
dosage strength settings are correct,
we advise you to use a different
detergent.
The changes will be retained even
■
when the appliance is switched off.
If the fill level for the dispenser is below
the minimum level when intelligent
dosing has been selected, you will get
the message on the touch display.
If you don't want to use i-Dos
Note:
dispensers any more, and avoid you get
this message again and again, you can
set intelligent dosage to "Off" by
touching i-Dos ¨button. ~ Page 30
