    HE-B71 User’s Manual 3.3 <SATA configuration> SATA Mode: This option can let you select whether the Serial ATA hard drives would work under normal IDE mode, AHCI mode or RAID mode. The RAID mode requires more than one HDD before use.

It needs two unused drives to build this operation.
