Mechanical Disassembly
Mechanical disassembly should be made following procedures
in numerical order.
Following steps show the basic procedures, therefore
unnecessary step may be ignored.
Caution
The parts and screws should be placed exactly the same
position as the original otherwise it may cause loss of
performance and product safety.
1. Dust filter & Lamp Cover removal
2. Top cover disassembly
3. Main baord and LCD driver board disassembly
4. Speaker and Optical engine Ass'y disassembly
5. Fan driver /Power supply&Ballast disassembly
6. Duct and Lamp Cooling Fan disassembly
7. Optial Engine Fan and Duct Ass'y disassembly
8. BTM-case Ass'y disassembly
