12. Problem : Steam
Question
• Water drips from nozzle
when Steam cycle starts.
• Steam doesn't generate but
no error code is shown
• Garments still wrinkled after
STEAM BREEZE
• The drum does not turn
during Steam cycle
• Top plate of the dryer is very
warm
• Odors remain in clothing
after STEAM BREEZE
This is normal condensation. The dripping will stop soon..
Check if the cord of dryer is connected. If the steam isn't generated even
with the dryer plugged in, call the service center.
Check that the load isn't too large and that the clothing type is
appropriate for the Steam Breeze cycle.
When the Steam function is operating, the drum will stop to allow steam
to stay in the drum.
The top plate of dryer will get warm during steam functions.
The odor of clothing remains in spite of the use of steam breeze. Be sure
to use the steam breeze after normal cycled cleaning.
