Using the LionChief App

Connecting your Bluetooth-equipped locomotive on Android devices

O
nce you have downloaded the free LionChief APP and your locomotive is powered up on the
track, tap the LionChief icon on your Android smart device.
The home screen blow will appear. Tap on the locomotive road number (1234 when no engine
is connected). Once on the Engine Select screen, tap on the looking glass icon to search for avail-
able engines. Once engines appear, tap on the one you wish to connect to and tap on the link button.
Finally, tap on the X button to return to the app home screen.
Note!
A Legacy or LionChief Plus 2.0 Bluetooth-equipped engine will blow the horn/whistle
once when it has connected to a Bluetooth device. All others will make a chirping sound
until connected.
