13. Terms of use for wAppLoxx Pro Plus
Scope of the Terms of Use
These terms of use apply to the use of the application of the
ABUS Security Center GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter "ABUS Security Center"),

The use of the application is exclusively based on these terms of use.
ABUS Security Center is free to provide services in connection with this use by third parties.
13.1
Scope of application
By installing and subsequently using the application offered by the ABUS Security Center, the
user accepts the following terms of use as amended from time to time. The terms and
conditions also apply to future updates or new versions of the software of the application.
13.2
Subject of agreement
ABUS Security Center grants the user a non-transferable right to use the software. The right
of use is subject to the conditions regulated herein.
The wAppLoxx Pro Plus Manager is used to configure a wAppLoxx Pro Plus access control
system. The corresponding data is transmitted directly to the control unit via a secure
connection so that it can control access and other connections accordingly. ABUS Security
Center provides the wAppLoxx Pro Plus Manager free of charge.
Using the wAppLoxx Pro Plus mobile app, users who have received the appropriate
authorisation can remotely release components and view camera images. This establishes a
secure connection between the app and the control unit. ABUS Security Center provides the
app free of charge.
13.3
Technical usage requirements and application updates
The fulfilment of the technical usage and system requirements is the sole responsibility of the
user. In order to use the software, the user requires an end device that meets the applicable
system and compatibility requirements for the corresponding software version.
The application can be downloaded from abus.com and updated as new versions become
available. Updates are used to correct any program errors. The functionality and scope of
services are generally not impaired or changed by such updates.
