Important: For correct traction and
stability, install the required quantity of
counterbalance weight(s) as specified in
the UltraVac Operator's manual, setup
instructions, and/or completing kit.
Note: The removable weights are heavy. Use
care when lifting them. make sure that you
can hold them securely before lifting them.
Use caution when positioning your hands
to that you Do Not set them down on your
hands or fingers.

7. 20 lb (9.1 kg) caster
weight
8. 3/8-16 inch nyloc nut
9. Washer
10. 3/8-16 x 8 inch screw
B.
Secure the bottom of the bracket to the caster
arm with a clevis pin and hairpin.
C.
Tighten the knob on weight assembly until it
is clamped securely to the caster arm.
D.
Install three 20 lb (9.1 kg) caster weights over
the weight assembly screw and stack them
securely onto the 45 lb (20.4 kg) caster weight.
Secure the rear of the weight assembly with a
3/8-16 inch nyloc nut.
E.
Install 3/8-16 x 8 inch screw and washer
through the top of the front holes of the
weight assembly and secure with 3/8-16 inch
nyloc nut.
F.
Repeat for the RH side.

After Operation

General Safety
• Park machine on level ground, disengage drives,
set parking brake, stop engine, and remove key.
Wait for all moving parts to stop before leaving
the operator's position. Allow the machine to cool
before servicing, adjusting, fueling, unclogging,
cleaning, or storing.
• Clean grass, leaves, excessive grease or oil, and
other debris from the mower deck, muffler, drives,
grass catcher, and engine area to help prevent
fires.
