This is SPP Slave Mode.

2.2.2 INTER-FUNCTION DELAY

By default , t he int er- funct ion delay is set t o zero. Specify a value, ranging from 0 t o 254
in unit s of m illiseconds, t o m at ch t he com put er response t im e of t he keyboard int erface.
Such delay t im e is insert ed bet ween every funct ion code ( 0x01 ~
t ransm it t ed. The longer t he delay t im e is, t he slower t he t ransm ission speed will be.
