1.17 2D DECODE SETTING (1664 ONLY)

1.17.1 AIMING PATTERN

Enable/ Disable t he aim ing pat t ern during scanning.

1.17.2 DECODING ILLUMINATION

Enable/ Disable illum inat ion during scanning.

Enabling illum inat ion usually result s in superior im ages. The effect iveness of t he
illum inat ion decreases as t he dist ance t o t he t arget increases.

1.17.3 ILLUMINATION BRIGHTNESS

Specify t he illum inat ion bright ness level ranging from 1 t o 10 for t he 2D reader. The
default value is 10 which represent s 100% illum inat ion bright ness.
