判断水位是否已在 WL00 水位以上， 如未到必须软化阀先补水至 WL00
水位，然后开始加热，加热设定时间
Judge whether the water level is above WL00 level. If not, make up
water to WL00 level by softening valve, then start heating, set heating

先排水至空筒 0 水位以下，然后以最高速脱水（无须不平衡检测） ，加
速及高速过程持续设定时间,关闭电机输出。
First drain water to the level below 0 of the empty cylinder, then
dehydrate at the highest speed (without imbalance detection), and
the motor output will be turned off when the acceleration and
high-speed process lasts for a set time.
