For long-term storage, store spare parts in dark places and avoid hot or wet places.
For long-term storage, the temperature and humidity should be 0-40°C and 20-80%RH (no condensation)
respectively, and the temperature variation rate should be less than or equal to 10°C/h.

Hydrogen sulfide, sulfurous acid gas, chlorine gas, nitrogen oxides (NOx), sulfur oxides (SOx), ammonia,
silicon gas, and so on.

Grounding (e.g., mesh grounding) other than Class D grounding can be applied to the system under a
condition which achieves the equivalent effect as with Class D grounding. For grounding other than Class D,
the user shall check for the effect of the grounding.
