9.2 Dancer arm

The dancer arm supports constant unwind of the label material. If the dancer arm is always
reaching its end position, the dancer arm spring has to be replaced.

9.3 Rewind, drive belt

Apart from the drive roller, the rewind is driven by the motor by the means of a drive belt. In
order to compensate different diameters at the rewind, the drive belt works as well as a slip
clutch.
Therefore the drive belt is defeated by strengthened wear and has to be checked from time to
time.
If the rewind does not work satisfactory, the drive belt should be checked.
• Remove the snap ring and take the rocker assembly away
• Loose both fixing screws and remove the cover
• The drive belt is now accessible
• If the drive belt shows weariness, little breaks or failing tension it has to be replaced

9.4 Adjustment of the pressure roller

In order to get a constant and slip free transportation, the label web is pressed against the drive
roller through the pressure roller.
The pressing force is created in the axle of the handle by means of a spring pin. The pressing
force can be adjusted by turning the spring pin.
Attention: The spring pin is fixed by a headless screw

9.5 Foam roller at the dispensing edge

The Foam roller is mounted on top of the dispensing edge to apply the label onto the product. If
has to be adjusted with slight pressure to the product but should not hinder the label during dis-
pensing.
