Adjustment
1. Before the adjustment check if all special
tools are available.
2. To realign the print module remove the
print head and as well remove foil and
media.
3. Mount tool 1 to the print head fixation part
(be sure that both watches are adjusted to
the same level (±0,01 mm) before you
mount the tool) see pic 1.
4. Loosen axle fixation screw.
5. Adjust axle by slightly moving up or down
(pic 2) the guiding part with a screw driver
until both watches are showing the same
level (±0.01mm) – then tighten the screw
again.
6. Check watches again before removing tool
1 – if they show different values refer to
figure 4 again.
7. Insert tool 2 into the positioning pins of the
print head fixation part (pic 3) and tighten
the tool ( be sure that the watches are
calibrated before you insert the tool – both
watches have to show the same level
±0.01 mm).
