Field Description and values
On startup default all points to a NULL grouping, so no event data is

generated.
When '1', EDS will wait for 60 seconds before sending Link status requests
and if no DNP3 frames are received on the given session or there is no
response from DNP3 Master, then the EDS will automatically disconnect
