3.1

Authorized use

The device (BSZ-H-5.1) is exclusively suitable for gripping and transporting concrete protection wall elements of the
profiles:
DB 80, DB 80 AS, DB 80 AS-A, DB 80 AS-E, DB 80 AS-F, DB 80 AS-R, DB 80 E, DB 80 F, DB 100, DB 100 AS-R, DB 100 SDB100S
The device is used by connecting it with any carrier machine such as diggers or truck loading cranes.
Only gripping goods with a gentle conical slope should be gripped, because gripping goods with a strong conical slope
could fall down.
The device is series equipped with:
When gripping of highly conical gripping goods
(> 6 ° inclination) causes a risk of slipping, only
slightly conical (up to 6 ° inclined) gripping
goods (concrete barrier walls) can be gripped
with the device BSZ-H (Fig. 1 u. 2)

The gripping and transportation of „transition
elements" and "starter and final elements" and
the like is not permitted!
Due to the design of these gripping goods a safe
and centric gripping is not possible at the load
center.

The device is only designed for the use specified in this documentation.
•
Every other use is not authorized and is forbidden!
•
All relevant safety regulations, corresponding legal regulations, especially regulations of the declaration
of conformity, and additional local health and safety regulations must be observed.
Prior to every operation the user must ensure that:
•
The equipment is suited to the intended operation
•
the functioning and the working condition of the equipment is examined
•
the load is suitable to be handled.
Any doubts about instructions should be raised with the manufacturer prior to use.
