2.1 Package Components

This product consists of the following items. When unpacking, check to see if your product package
contains all of these items.

FLX-144NSD converter board for 144-pin LQFP (144P6Q-A)
Screws for securing pod probe
M30220T-PRB User's Manual (this manual)
M30220T-PRB User's Manual (Japanese)
M30220T-PRB Repair Request Sheet (English)
M30220T-PRB Repair Request Sheet (Japanese)
Please keep the M30220T-PRB's packing box and cushion material in your place for reuse at a later
time when sending your product for repair or other purposes. Always use these packing box and
cushion material when transporting the M30220T-PRB.
