Chapter 1 Precautions for Safety

This chapter describes the handling precautions to be followed when using the emulator PC7501. For precautions on
using the emulator debugger M3T-PDxxF and emulation probe M3xxxxTx-EPB or R0ExxxxxxEPB00, refer to each
user's manual (or Online Help) of them.

1.1 Safety Symbols and Meanings

WARNING
CAUTION
In addition to the two above, the following are also used as appropriate.
means WARNING or CAUTION.
Example:
CAUTION AGAINST AN ELECTRIC SHOCK
means PROHIBITION.
Example:
DISASSEMBLY PROHIBITED
means A FORCIBLE ACTION.
Example:
UNPLUG THE POWER CABLE FROM THE RECEPTACLE.

heavy wound unless it is avoided.
CAUTION indicates a potentially dangerous situation that will cause a slight
injury, a medium-degree injury or a property damage unless it is avoided.
