Remote Console Manager (RCM) cabling

The Remote Console Manager (RCM) switch has sixteen ACT connections (KVM
over RJ45/CAT5) along with one KVM connection for the console. Use the
following guidelines for cabling the RCM switch:
v Use the information on each end of each cable to create a site map.
v When routing a CAT5 KVM cable from a cabinet containing Cluster Nodes to

Replacing a defective cable in a harness

If a cable in a harness is defective, replace the cable as follows:
1. Disconnect both ends of the defective cable from their ports. Do not remove
