Synopsis <Clear timer register>
Boolean __ClearTimerRegister(unsigned long data)
Description Sets the timer register of a specified timer to its initial value after reset.

For data, the following definition values can be set.
Return value If the timer specification is incorrect, RAPI_FALSE is returned; otherwise,
RAPI_TRUE is returned.
