8.3.3 How to Request for the Customer Service

Customers have always been at the center of what we do, and we have always looked at things from
the customer's perspective. If you find out any problems with your product, please fill out the service
application form listed below and submit it to the head office or your dealer for quick and accurate
repair.
(1) Date of Purchase
(2) Customer/ Address/ Telephone Number / E-mail address
(3) Product Serial Number (it is on the ID plate, on the side of the product)
(4) Problem Details of the Product
If you would like to purchase any product accessories, please contact the following branch office or
head office.

8.3.4 Returning Process of the Product

If you need to return the product due to damages during the transportation or any other reasons,
please receive the return authorization number from the distributor you purchased. When returning
the product, please fill out the return form with the following details and send it to the head office or to
the distributor you purchased.
(1) Date of Purchase
(2) Customer name / address / telephone number / E-mail
(3) Product serial number (it is on the ID plate, on the side of the product)
(4) Transport company's information
(5) Return authorization number
