Note that portable and mobile HF communication systems may interfere with this device. Do not staple
or use the device close to mobile phones or other devices generating electrical or electromagnetic
fields. This could result in malfunction of the medical device and may create a potentially insecure situ-
ation. Portable RF communication devices (including peripherals such as antenna cables and external
antennas) are not to be used closer than 30 cm next to any part of the Vivatmo pro system.
The Vivatmo pro is intended for use in professional healthcare facility environment. The customer or the user of
Vivatmo pro should assure that it is used in such an environment.
Medical devices may be affected by cellular telephones and other personal or household devices not intended for medical
facilities. It is recommended that all equipment used near the Vivatmo pro device comply with the medical electromagnetic
compatibility standard and to check before use that no interference is evident or possible. If interference is suspected or
possible, switching off the offending device is the normal solution, as is required in aircraft and medical facilities. Medical
electrical equipment needs special precautions regarding EMC and needs to be installed and put into service according to the
EMC information provided.

11.2 Compliant cables

The use of accessories, transducers and cables other than those specified may result in increased
emissions or decreased immunity performance of the equipment or system.
