First, loosen the
upright knob.
Next, pull the
upright knob, pull
the upright back-
ward until the latch
stops the upright,
and then release
the upright knob.
Next, pull the
upright forward
slightly, lift the
latch, and then
lower the upright
to the folded posi-
tion.
Next, hold the handle on the front stabilizer and lift the
elliptical until it will roll on the wheels (not shown) on
the rear stabilizer. Then, carefully move the elliptical to
the desired location, and lower it to the floor.
When you are finished moving the elliptical, lift the
upright to the vertical position and tighten the upright
knob.

Each pedal can
be adjusted to
several positions.
To adjust each
pedal, simply pull
the pedal handle
outward, move
the pedal to the
desired position,
and then release
the pedal handle
into an adjustment
hole beneath the
pedal. Make sure to adjust both pedals to the same
position.
If the elliptical
rocks slightly on
your floor dur-
ing use, turn
one or both of
the leveling feet
beneath the rear
stabilizer until the
rocking motion is
eliminated.
