6 Contacting your administrator (technical
support)
If necessary, you may need to contact your administrator.
Before contacting your administrator, make sure you have information such as your desk phone's codes and
software version.
6.1 Technical code / Date code
The codes are located on the back shell. This label is an example and does not represent the one placed on your
desk phone.
6.2 Viewing the software version/network settings (IP address)
The software version can be viewed on the phone by using the following methods:
When the desk phone is in idle state:
Use one of the following methods:
Menu
Status

Technical code (ordering code)
MAC information and date code
Display the current IP and MAC addresses and software version of the desk phone.
