4.7.11 Import contacts from your mobile phone via Bluetooth®
To import a contact from your mobile phone you have to pair it to your desk phone.
Before performing the pairing operation, the device must be in detectable mode. Consult the user documentation
of your Bluetooth® device.
The phone is in idle state.

After the Bluetooth connection is successful, the phone screen will pop up whether to synchronize
contact options. The contacts are automatically imported into the directory:
If you enable mobile contacts sync feature, you also need to authorize the phone to sync the contacts
temporarily on the mobile phone.
If necessary, you can manually synchronize contacts:

Confirm the deletion.
Select the soft key to open your directory.
Open the local directory.
Access a group.
Select the group to delete.
Press to delete a group.
Confirm the deletion.

Press the Menu soft key to access the Main Menu.
Use up-down and 'ok' navigation keys to select:

Scanning starts.
Searching for Bluetooth® equipment. Wait for the detected equipment type and address to be
displayed.
Add the device by pressing on the associated key: Connect.
The pairing PIN code will be displayed on the screen. Ensure that the PIN code is the same on the
Bluetooth phone. Then select Confirm on both the Bluetooth phone and phone
