Instructions for how to set the specimen to the grips
Caution
         ・
The film thickness that can be clamped by
the grips is from 0.03 to 0.2mm.
※ When clamping the hard material that has
the multiple layers including PET, the clamp
power may decline.
※ When clamping the sterilized paper that is
thicker than 0.1mm, it may tear with the
grip's jagged part. Adjust the position that
the lever is pushed down.
         ・
When testing the sealed film, be sure that
the sealing surface comes in the middle of
the grips.
         ・
The sealed area of specimen must be
equidistant between the thin-film grips.
         ・
When setting the specimen to the grips,
make sure to allow sufficient slack so the
seal is not stressed before starting the
peel test.
         ・
Insert the specimen so it stays within the
width of grip. Inserting it slantwise or not
inserted correctly will negatively affect the
test result.
