If you select "AUTO" mode, the machine
 Attention
recognizes the test completion when the
peel strength becomes 0N for 5mm of grip
movement after exceeding 1.1N.
The "MANUAL" mode finishes testing
when the grip reaches to the end position.
To stop the test before the grip reaches to
the end, press

6-5-13-6 Set pass/fail limit criteria

Select the average or maximum of the peel tensile

for automatic pass/fail determination.
Available selections : MAX / AVE
Use
arrow buttons to select the desired
setting.
Press
arrow button to go to the upper limit
setting.

Set the upper limit. The maximum tensile strength
of seal allowed to "PASS" the test. A test result
exceeding the upper limit will be judged as "FAIL".
Setting range : from 1 to 100N
Use
arrow buttons to set the desired setting.
Press
arrow button to go to the lower limit
setting.
Set the lower limit. The minimum tensile strength

of seal allowed to "PASS" the test. A test result
under the lower limit will be judged as "FAIL".
Setting range : from 0 to 99N
Use
arrow buttons to set the desired setting.
Press
button to confirm the setting.

TIPS
When the test result is fail, NG wll be
displayed on the screen. Refer to "8 Pass/
fail limit criteria" for the detail.
