10-4 Position of the looper thread take-up

When the point of the needle descending to the back side of the looper has reached
1~1.5mm above the bottom surface of the looper blade while the looper is moving to the
right from the extreme left end of its travel, the looper thread should be removed properly
from position B on the looper thread take-up.
Position of the point of the left needle when the looper thread is removed from point B on
the looper thread take-up

The fixed rolled hemming folder is equipped as standard on the NC/J series and NC/SJ
series as shown below.

11-3 Openable rolled hemming folder

The openable rolled hemming folder is equipped as standard on the NC/SJF series as shown
below.

Also, the fixed rolled hemming folder is in the accessories box on the NC/SJF series.
It is possible to change from the openable folder to fixed folder. Loosen screws A, B and C,
as shown below.
