Loosen the clamp screw on Clamp and Pole (A) until opening is large enough to fit the edge of the desk. If the pole is loose in the base, twist the pole clockwise to tighten, then use the 3mm Allen Key (G) to tighten the set screw on the back of the base to lock the pole.
