Troubleshooting
If a fault occurs with the forklift, take the following actions described on this page. In case where the fault
cannot be eliminated even if you take the corrective actions described on this page, please contact our
authorized service company
To transfer the forklift when it cannot run due to a fault, take the following action.
To transfer the forklift
Prepare a rescue forklift that can lift this forklift. Lift and transfer this forklift with the rescue forklift. In this
case, insert the fork into the following points.
If a fault occurs with the forklift, take corrective actions according to the following table.
Trouble
The fork does not move.
The fork does not smoothly
move.
Cause

The key switch is turned OFF.
[2]
The emergency stop button has
been pressed.
[3] Insufficient charging
[4]
Load capacity is exceeded.
[5] A fuse has blown out.

Fault of the electric circuit
[6] Fault of the hydraulic circuit

Damage to the mast or chain

The inserting points are indicated on the
vehicle body.
Corrective action
[1] Turn ON the key switch.
[2] Reset the emergency stop button.
[3] Charge the battery.
[4] Reduce the cargo weight so that it does not
exceed the maximum allowable load.
[5] Replace the fuse.
(To be replaced after the cause of trouble is
eliminated)
