4. Handling Procedure

Horn
Pressing the horn button turns on the horn.
The horn button is located on the upper surface of the steering handle.
Pinch accident prevention switch
When the handle is at the traveling position, pressing the pinch accident
prevention switch moves the forklift backward (toward the fork).
Even if the pinch accident prevention switch is pressed while the forklift is
moving backward, the forklift does not move forward.
The pinch accident prevention switch should be pressed only when the
operator may almost get pinched between the handle and a wall, rack, etc.
Emergency stop button
The emergency stop button is located at the top of the vehicle body.
Pressing this button turns OFF the power supply. Use this button in case
of emergency only.
Pulling this button resets the emergency stop status. Before resetting the
button, eliminate hazard, and ensure safety.
