4. Handling Procedure
Battery charging (normal charging) procedure
(1) Prepare the charger.
Install the charger in a well-ventilated place where no flammable is present
around it.
Do not put the charger in a place where it is exposed to moisture or rain.
Provide at least 1 m distance between the forklift and the charger.
(2) Turn OFF the key switch.
(3) Open the battery cover.
During charging, the battery cover should be kept open.
(4) Connect the plug of the charger to the battery plug.
Disconnect the battery plug from the plug of the vehicle body, and connect the
battery plug to the charge plug of the charger.
(5) Connect the power supply cable to the charger.
Connect the power supply cable to the charger, and connect the power supply
cable to the outlet.
