Troubleshooting

The device is not detected by your computer

Check after each of the following steps if the problem is solved:
A.
Unplug and plug the device again.
B.
Restart the software.
C.
Send the Application data folder logs (accuracy-standale.txt and one-of.txt) to info@h2i.ch

Check after each of the following steps if the problem is solved:

The device does not work correctly

This device being a high-precision measuring instrument, it may happen that the measurement
is disturbed by electrostatic discharges.
