7.2 Warnings
Depending on the display options of the machine display, a warning message is displayed as follows:
Display type - machine control
Graphic display
two 7-segment displays
one 7-segment display
The cause of the warning is indicated by a corresponding warning number (see table).
• In case of multiple warnings, these are displayed in sequence.
• Document machine warning and inform service personnel, if required.

4 Shielding gas
5 Coolant flow
6 Wire reserve
7 CAN bus failure

Possible cause
One phase of the mains voltage
has failed.
Wire feeder fault (slave drive).
Permanent overload of the wire
drive (slave drive).
Check welding circuit for short
circuit.
A machine connected to the
system is not compatible.
A machine's software is not
compatible.
The actual value of a welding
parameter is outside the spe-
cified tolerance field.
System component not found.

Operating and mains voltage
are incompatible
Display
Possible cause / remedy
A shutdown is imminent due to excess temperature.
Check process parameters.
Check coolant level and top up if necessary.
Check shielding gas supply.
Check min. flow rate.
Only a small amount of wire is left on the spool.
Wire feeder not connected; automatic circuit-breaker of wire
feed motor (reset the tripped automatic circuit-breaker by actu-
ating).
Remedy
Check mains connection, mains plug
and mains fuses.
Check connectors, cables, connec-
tions.
Do not place the liner in tight radii.
Check liner for smooth movement.
Check welding current circuit.
Place welding torch on an insulated
surface.
Disconnect incompatible machine
from system.
Request service.
Observe tolerance fields.
Adjust welding parameters.
Request service.
Check or adjust operating and mains
voltage
